While our stay had a few hiccups, it was the way the team responded that truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to turn things around, especially on our departure day, ensuring we made our flight on time and surprising us with delicious snacks for the ride. Their genuine care and attention not only turned our experience around but also restored our confidence in The Standard brand. We’re already looking forward to staying again on our next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended for service that truly cares.

Design: ★★★★★ The design of The Standard Hotel is truly impressive. The modern, stylish decor and attention to detail create a unique and inviting atmosphere throughout the property. Room: My room was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The bed and furnishings were high-quality, making for a restful and enjoyable stay. One thing need to add in for the five star hotel is smart TV Service: ★★★★ Service was generally very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, though there were a few moments where things could have been a bit more attentive. Overall, it was a positive experience. Breakfast: ★★★ Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, with limited selection. While what was available was fresh and tasty, I would have appreciated more variety. Facilities: ★★★★ The facilities are nice overall. The pool area is pleasant but on the smaller side, and it could benefit from more frequent cleaning and attention from staff. Other amenities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of the stay. Overall: The Standard Hotel stands out for its beautiful design and comfortable rooms. Service and facilities are strong, though there’s room for improvement with breakfast variety and pool maintenance. A solid choice for a stylish and relaxing stay.

If you’re looking for 5star service definitely must look for another hotel! On arrival nobody welcomed us even with welcome drinks until I asked about some water. The pool will closed about one month with no advance warning about it. I didn’t plan to walk around a lot just chill at the hotel for a couple of days. With no pool area it was strange low experience. There is no spa in the hotel so you need find something outside. Breakfast was so disappointing!!! No regular buffet! So when you come need to order by menu and wait to be served. You if you come at the rush our new to wait long time! I am vegan and that was almost nothing to choose. My husband is non vegan but also the verity of food is so low! For such level of price it look like they want to save money on this! In the room water was not hot enough just warm so no hot bath also! Generally choose another place better!!! Be aware that deposit is 3000 per night! Awful experience
