LOVED this hotel stay. The team working there when I visited were some of the best hospitality people I’ve ever encountered. It honestly feels like right before my arrival there was a staff meeting and everyone was asked to make sure I had the best stay ever. Every single interaction was gracious and friendly and genuine. The doormen, front desk, bartenders, servers, maintenance - all behave like it’s an employee-owned company. I will be back for sure. Thank you. PS The photo is from my street tonight… I was having so much fun I forgot to take pictures.

Pros: The front desk is absolutely wonderful! So kind and friendly and helpful. They even surprised me with a birthday treat! The location is fantastic. Close to everything. Day passes for Crunch Fitness. So convenient. Not noisy at all! Great sleep. They give you two Saratoga waters each day. So lovely! Cons: The hotel room is just so tiny. It always felt weirdly a bit humid...even with the AC blasted the whole time. Blackout shades great except for the tiny corners you can't shut all the way so the bright light seeps in. The shower curtain (as cool looking as it is) does not keep water from getting on the bathroom tile. It makes no sense. The TV service goes in and out. I don't know if I'd stay there again, but it was a good stay, nonetheless.

Great location, only two mile walk to downtown and three miles to midtown. My wife loves it because it’s near her sister’s place. The bed had some kind of memory foam topper and a down comforter that made me wake up sweating every night. The bathtub in the shower configuration is an accident waiting to happen, some grab bars would be nice. Breakfast and the service was great.
