Great overall! Casino: Cozy intimate bar lounge. Great service and drinks. Gaming area, all staff very helpful and kind. A little disappointed on the size of gaming area, we expected a larger or multiple levels of gaming and tables. Sky deck: Beautiful view, great space. Plently of spots to sit, eat, drink and enjoy some music. Easy to access. Parking: Pricey, but easy to park and gain access to desired areas.

Fantastic hotel , wonderful staff . Clean rooms . Enjoyed complimentary mini bar - uncommon traditionally . Concierge and Valet team very helpful and prompt. Can’t comment on gaming , however the security staff , were all very pleasant and helpful , especially when I got lost a few times making my way between my event and the hotel room . Cherry Bar has a wonderful vibe for later evening drinks . Sky bar is fun but will be best in the summer. Recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Star Brisbane – a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and stunning views. The highlight was definitely the sauna and spa area. It’s beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly relaxing. The steam and sauna rooms were pristine, and soaking in the spa while looking out over the city was pure bliss – the perfect way to unwind after a day out. Our River View Superior room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was plush, the decor was elegant, and the view was just breathtaking. It truly felt like a five-star experience. The staff were fantastic – from reception to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. However, the parking was way too expensive – a real downside considering the premium rate of the River View Superior room. For a hotel of this standard, parking should absolutely be included, or at least discounted for hotel guests. It felt excessive and took away slightly from an otherwise great experience. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would still recommend The Star Brisbane for its spa, comfort, and exceptional service – just be prepared for the extra parking cost.
