The Starnbergsee Hideaway

A charming boutique hideaway nestled alongside the Starnberger See. The tasteful interiors and decor have been carefully handpicked and every little detail is a delight. The suites are spacious with high ceilings and plenty of daylight. The hotel is located directly on the lake, allowing for a dip in the water (if the temperatures permit). The pier is open to the public and a popular spot during warmer summer days. Sun beds are available on the lawn for hotel guests as well as sufficient and accessible parking during your stay. Should you opt to dine in the restaurant for lunch or dinner - expect higher than average pricing on menu items. What makes this hotel special are the team working here - very friendly, approachable and accommodating. Sergio is the star in the breakfast room, remembering every guest’s preference and Winnie has been very sweet to accommodate special requests for summer bedding, gluten free options etc. We had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

We had a beautiful relaxing time at the Starnbergersee hideaway hotel. The place is quite, very cozy and super beautiful views. The staff are super friendly specially Leandro and Baki were so helpful and made everything to please us. The rooms are elegant, the lobby and restaurant area is also very classy. It’s a very good choice if you would like a little getaway. The only comment is to enhance the breakfast more with hot dishes, and control the silverfish and bugs in the room.
