The State Hotel

My family and I had a wonderful experience at The State Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Seattle. From the time we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The level of service we received here was some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Pike Place Market and surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and the vibrant energy of downtown Seattle. The hotel itself has a unique and stylish decor that really adds to the charm and character of the place. Our room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was extremely clean and thoughtfully decorated. On the night we arrived, the hotel was hosting an art event with complimentary wine, which was such a fun and unexpected touch. The next morning, we enjoyed complimentary coffee, which was a great way to start the day. As part of our stay, we also received a $15 token to use at their restaurant, which turned out to be excellent—delicious food and a great atmosphere. Another highlight was how the hotel staff helped us arrange a taxi service to and from our cruise terminal, and stored our luggage when we returned, which made our trip feel completely stress-free. We are so grateful. All in all, The State Hotel made our visit to Seattle extra special. The exceptional service, perfect location, and thoughtful amenities make this a place I’d absolutely stay at again!

We came to Seattle for a wedding but wanted to experience a little bit of the city for the night we were there. I was so pleased with our stay here! The location is great, we walked to every spot we needed from here. The rooms are well decorated, comfy, and a perfect size! When we arrived, Dixie was so great to us- answering all of our questions and helping us get what we needed and even offering some tips about the area. When we come back to Seattle, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank y’all and thank you Dixie!!

We can't recommend this hotel enough! Our first trip to Seattle and this hotel was perfect. Everything from check-in to drinks on the rooftop to dining at Ben Paris was a great experience. A short walk to just about everything. Shout out to Ed for the great rooftop drinks and to Adam for some excellent craft cocktails while we sat at the bar at Ben Paris.
