Wonderful service, wonderful staff and wonderful treatment. Words can’t possibly explain how grateful we were for the service. We went for my mums birthday and we were speechless at the accommodating service and treatment. Additionally, we went the following day and the staff were just as stellar as they had been previously. Despite the busy schedule, the pleasant atmosphere and treatment didn’t waver in the slightest. I would, without any hesitation, recommend the experience, either to stay or just to go in for a drink.

I haven’t rated the rooms as we didn’t stay. We went for my birthday lunch whilst staying in the area. The food was fantastic! The service was amazing we were made to feel very welcome the staff went well beyond just the usual level of service. Would highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

Tried to book a table through the website for the bar and grill, but the website was down. We took a risk and turned up without a booking. We were told we couldn't eat because we hadn't booked. (the restaurant was a quarter full at best). I explained we had tried to book and was unable... I was fobbed off. Tonight I checked online to see if the venue was open. It clearly stated it was, and serving food until 7pm. We arrived to a closed restaurant. I've had some nice meals and drinks during my many visits to this bar, but I champion professionalism and punctuality. So I'm afraid to say you've lost a customer and someone who would have recommended you.
