The hotel's renovation was very well thought out. When choosing it, it is necessary to remember that you are going to the center of events, which you are a part of day and night. The staff was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be happy to return.
Excellent location. The staff were very kind, respectful, understanding, and always smiling. I want to thank them for the upgrade. The hotel is a bit old, but it’s well maintained, and I would stay there again. Unfortunately, the hairdryer’s wire was damaged (cut), and the internet only worked when I was in the lobby — it wouldn’t connect in the room.
We were really looking forward to our stay, but it was disappointing. Paid a high price for a small Bosphorus view room (without breakfast). Loud music from a nearby club went on past 12:30 AM, which made it hard to sleep with a baby. Our driver couldn’t even stop at the hotel entrance because of traffic rules. Service was good, but overall not worth the price. You can get a much better 5-star experience elsewhere for the same amount. Won’t stay again.
