The Stay in Old Town

I enjoyed my time at the hotel. Nice ambiance. Nice pool area. Fun pool party. Nice vibes. Helpful staff. Great location. Good value. Clean room and premises. Only minor complaints (see Cons below) Pros: •Good sized king room •Fridge •Comfy bed •Nice room patio Cons (minor): •Shower head needed to be changed, a new shower head would have made the water flow better •Room phone to contact front desk and/or housekeeping

I had a little bit of an issue checking in using Airbnb. It was fixed within 15 minutes, but I know certain people could probably feel a certain kind of way about this. The rooms are very dated. But I can't say dirty, just dingy and dated. The bathroom is very small and there's not a lot of provided toiletries. The hot water ran out relatively quick. The hallways to the room are sort of outside so they're a little bit dirty but I can see how they would be a bit difficult to keep clean. The pool area and pools are somewhat clean, but at the end of the day the pool areas are not maintained and there's dirty towels and trash left around in the pools. And they look like they've had some heavy use. The front desk staff Tony was very pleasant and easy to work with. A young kid at the restaurant was moderately rude and closed the bar and restaurant early. If you're on a budget this is a decent place. If you can afford a little more I'd stay somewhere else. There is a possibility that you'll be sharing a door with another room. And if they smoke weed, you're probably going to share the odor with them. The location is 5 stars. Old Town is absolutely amazing and everything is walking distance.

Great rooms, great bed and pillows, but 7-8 am on a Sunday, full volume speakers for talking and music for pool yoga. Right outside your rooms back door. Hope you didn’t party on Saturday night because Sunday is gonna be a terrible morning!
