I recently visited the hotel for a breakfast buffet with my family, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The service was absolutely impeccable — the staff was incredibly friendly, gentle, and genuinely caring, which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere had a soft, inviting vibe that added to the overall charm of the morning. It was a delightful start to our day, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm and caring environment combined with excellent service. We’ll definitely be returning!

Love this hotel, I come here a lot! especially love the lounge. Staff are so kind, attentive, and make the best coffee. The rooms are really nice. Weekend brunch here is also great, great ambience! Special thanks to staff members Sandra, Khara, Daniele, and all the other lounge staff members I have missed out. Thanks for making each visit great xxx

Love the bar and restaurant section. I pop by for tea and a treat when I’m having me-time locally, and also when I’m having catch ups with other mums and our babies. The hot drinks and snacks menu are so elegant and tasty. It’s a super chill zone. Sandra is just the best - intuitive, quick, helpful and chatty without being invasive. She also loves kids. Promote her, she’ll go far in high quality hospitality!
