Amazing all around! So many wonderful things to say about this hotel! We are currently staying here for a week and are so happy to be here! I am currently sitting on my balcony writing this review! First a big special shout out to Jeff at the front desk and Jen and Kathy in the restaurant! They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy:) This property is very fortunate to have all three of them. Our room is great with not one but two balconies and a great view of downtown! It’s a great area to walk around and lots of people buzzing about. Clean and quiet and a great neighborhood feel yet close to lots of restaurants and things to walk around to. Parking is free and right behind the hotel! Check out the videos to see the rooms and views and please overlook the mess we’ve made everywhere. Got in late last night and just threw things open everywhere lol! Great spot and room and you won’t be sorry if you stay here! Top Notch!
This is my third visit to the hotel, and I continue to be impressed. All of the staff are amazing—friendly, professional, and attentive. However, I want to give special recognition to the manager, Ryan Wade. He goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. His leadership truly stands out and makes a noticeable difference in the overall experience. Ryan is absolutely the best!
Believe me when i tell you, i have never been here. But my first time was today and my last time was today. To have two people order an $89 dry rubbed aged Delmonico steak and have them both come out cooked completely wrong.. i ordered med-rare and it came out well done. I returned it and had another one made. And i will tell you that it came out medium. And trust me, when i tell ya it WAS NOT a Delmonico steak. The look and the taste was not even close to a Delmonico. I couldn't finish it. I kept chewing and chewing. Never again. Our bill for 7 people was $1500 bucks. Not worth it!!! It was better worth going to Texas Roadhouse. Now those steaks were awesome steaks!!!!
