We stayed at this hotel recently. We were pampered; everything was perfect. The location is ideal for exploring the heart of Milan. The room was large and spotless in every way. We had our little dog; he even got a snack and a very cozy little bed. We will definitely return to this hotel during our next stay in Milan. I'm already looking forward to it! Faultless.
Bravo to the team at the front desk: Erick, Veronica, Naomi, Amira and Carolina... and anyone I forget. The best service I have ever had at a hotel. And that includes places like the Four Seasons. They were always on What's App... they replied within moments to any request. They were friendly, polite, professional and always helpful The hotel itself is in a killer location. Really a 3 minute walk to the Duomo, Galleria, etc.... and a 20 minute walk to Brera where there are lots of great restaurants. I only gave them a 3 on the rooms because, although they are stylish and minimalist, they are almost too minimalist. My room had no shelves, no place to put your luggage (except the floor)... nowhere really to put anything except one small cubby which requires you to get on your hands and knees to access. I think the architect should be forced to stay in this room for a few days and see how they like it. PS: Thanks to Giulia, the manager, for caring. :)
They almost ruined our vacation. I booked their family suite in January. Suddenly, they accused me of fraud and demanded that I send photos of my credit card (front and back), along with my passport or driver’s license. This request is not only against their own terms of service but also violates EU privacy laws. When I informed them that their request was illegal, they canceled my reservation, kept my money, and immediately relisted the suite at a 40% higher price than what I had paid. This is clearly a scam operation, preying on unsuspecting travelers. Thankfully, Booking.com stepped in, refunded our money, and helped us find a better hotel at a fair discount
