We were there last Feb 7 2025..the front desk is located on the 5th floor..we find our check in very easy as we have our tour guide who did it for us..we are 19 people-all family members..the rooms are clean and well lighted..I notice there were no lotion nor moisturizer inside the room however the bath Essentials are completely provided inside the bathroom..just like other hotels in Japan other essentials like face peeling mask, face towels gargle solution are all located in an open cabinet near the front desk..they also provide the room with 2 bottled drinking water however u can ask for an addtl from the desk..staff were all accommodating and respectful..for the food-wow lots of choices..very delicious..good dining area..

Upscale and service focused hotel. Decore is very modern, clean, and tasteful. Service was top rate and well staffed. Complimentary breakfast has variety of hot and cold items of both western and Asian cuisine. Rooms cleaned daily and coin laundry is available but the dryer is small and takes very long to fully dry. The hotel restaurant for lunch, dinner, or high tea look very nice but is catered towards high end clientele since it is quite pricey. But it has stunning views of a courtyard cathedral. This destination is also a popular choice for wedding receptions and we noticed two that took place during our short 3-night stay. We highly recommend this hotel where you will get a truly pampered experience!
