One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, the staff denied check-in and demanded additional payment. The bedsheets and blankets were filthy and emitted a foul smell. There was no water supply in the bathroom, and even basic amenities like a drinking water bottle were not provided. The receptionists were extremely rude and dismissive of all concerns. This place clearly lacks basic hospitality and cleanliness standards. I strongly advise against staying here—it’s not suitable for anyone who expects even minimal respect or comfort. This hotel doesn’t even deserve a half star.
It's very dirty rooms bedsheet not cleaned cockroach is there in bed. It's very unhygienic rooms Did not change anything like bedsheet, duvet and pillow cover also.
