I had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed hotel in Philadelphia. From the moment I checked in, Madonna at the front desk made me feel incredibly welcome. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help with a few additional questions I had during my stay. The room itself was a peaceful retreat, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with a minimalist, Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure with high-quality soaps that made it feel spa-like. I also ordered room service and the pastries were absolutely delicious, a perfect treat to start the day. Great location, warm hospitality, and a calming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay at the Study! The rooms were very clean. The staff were super friendly, especially Warren at the front door. He was so helpful with directing us on where to park and offering to help us with our luggage. Every time we left or came back, he greeted us with a smile and we loved talking with him. That genuine kindness really makes a difference. He was one of our favorite parts of our stay! Check in and check out were easy and the front desk staff were very friendly. The Co-Op restaurant has great food and excellent wait staff. Craig was our waiter, and he was so beyond amazing and kind. He made our experience so wonderful that we decided to return for breakfast the next morning. Overall, we have no complaints and we would definitely stay again!
The staff, service, and location are excellent, but we did not sleep well due to two issues: 1) The king bed in room 428 had a very high level of motion transfer, or at least more than we're used to, so we kept waking each other up the first of our three nights. Fortunately, the hotel was able to switch us to a room with two beds, that was very nice of them. 2) In the second room, 903, the climate control system had a loud, low hum that penetrated even our silicone earplugs and kept waking us up on nights 2 & 3. Have never experienced that before, so we did report it and hopefully they're able to do something to fix it.
