I had an amazing stay here. I only stayed for 1 night but was made to feel welcome from the second I walked in. The lady who checked me in at reception was called Elena (I think that’s how it is spelt) and was fabulous. She upgraded my room too! Would definitely recommend for a friendly service and close proximity to Sloane Square and central London! Amazing!

Everything was spectacular. The stuff is just lovely and the hotel it’s just beautiful. It is very well located. Just a short straw away from Harrods and the Metro station. The hotel has a beautiful garden that invites to enjoy the afternoon. It would definitely come again.

Think twice before staying here. The location is amazing, the rooms are spacious and nice. Unfortunately, here are the reasons why you should not stay here. 1) breakfast service is super slow, the is average at best. The croissants are not even fully cooked through. Once the breakfast took 40 minutes. 2) everything is so SLOW. Took 30mins to checkout (who does that), so is breakfast. 3) housekeeping was mid, my trash was not cleared, no ameninities kits, dirty towels left in our rooms, not the 5 star experience 4) service was mid, had to collect my own pillows and amenities. Overall this place is run like a 3 star family hotel, NOT a 5 star. This place is run by a bunch of newbies, with 2/3 staff who are experiences and look like they could pass out any moments. If you would like do the opposite of bang for your buck, please by all means stay here.
