Thank you to GM Wayan and his team for a magnificent stay at The Haven Suites. Great location, excellent staff who are so kind and helpful. Suites are very large in size with sitting area, full refrigerator and smart tv. We had ground floor with very comfortable day beds on the outside deck by one of the pools and complimentary daily afternoon tea which was always unique. All amenities needed, daily water, they even helped us with the use of a power adapter and a wheelchair for my mother. Complimentary buggy twice daily to the beach front, plenty of breakfast choice at the two buffets and beautiful grounds which are well looked after. Any small issues were rectified immediately to ensure we had a pleasant stay. There is a choice of hotel rooms, suites and villas. Thank you team Haven!
The hotel is conveniently located, just about 10 min walking distance to the beach and tens of shops and restaurants that surround it. The suite rooms, although showing their age, offer massive space and have everything you need. The rooms are cleaned to perfection (thanks to Yudhi and Redi). Out of the 2 restaurants, we prefer Lemon Cello which is smaller and much calmer. Overall, extremely pleasant and helpful staff.
The location was good to get to a number of places. Most of the staff were friendly enough. The garden / pool were well looked after, one large pool at front of hotel and 3 smaller ones at the back. Can have Breakfast at the front restaurant or one at back of hotel. The suite we stayed in was big but very dated. In need of a major clean and a mop would go a long way. Lots of the tiles were cracked, dust all around the rooms and along the edges. There was a terrible smell coming from one bathroom made it barely usable. I would also like to warn parents that there are gaps in some of the balcony railings were big enough for small kids to fall though. Manger asked me for a good review but didn't care or want to know what we really thought about the room. Would not be back and surprised with all the 5 star reviews.
