The Summit at Grande Rockies

Pool was Freezing, Staff Were wonderful, clean Luxury looking lobby, with a chandelier. In the room, Sliding bathroom door which somehow wont lock, However hallways where clean, Pool was really cold, Absolutely loved the outdoor hot tub. Some Highway noise, But Not so much That it would disturb your sleep, It won’t. I recommend this Resort

There was long dark hair all over the bed, pillows, and shower. We stayed up until 3am our first night washing the bedding. No TV in the bedroom, so we watched movies after dinner and didn't discover the bed being dirty until late. The shower does not close and water goes all over the slippery floor even with a towel on front of it causing a very big hazard. The country's and other fixtures are in a terrible state. They left a dirty dish sponge and the place was not cleaned (pandemic precautions and rules are in place at this time and we were appalled at the lack of hygiene and safety). No out 1 accessible outlet in the bedroom far away from the bed, no alarm clock on side table. TV on living room was on a mount that could not be adjusted and TV was tilted sideways and downward. Washing machine had crusted powder detergent in the fabric softener compartment and it was also dirty. Parkade air quality was exceptionally bad, my car looked as if it had been parked there for months covered in dust after obi days. Our suite was right next to the garbage chute and the banging and noise was constant from that and the suite above us. We have stayed in the main hotel and loved it, The Summit was terrible and we will never use this place again for our weekends away. I do not recommend this place if you care about working amenities, cleanliness and hygiene, or peacefully enjoying your evenings.

Worst experience, We had a one night stay at this hotel and thank goodness it was only 1 night. They don't have proper parking facilities. The front staff gave me instructions to park my RAM truck on no parking place and I did bcz, she gave me hope no one can make trouble regarding parking and next day in early morning they called me to move a truck. Moreover, front deck staff sticked unprofessional written note on my truck and when I asked about note, she didn't have fulfill reason. In addition, one of them staff tried to open our door, Damm!! He had a key, really guys?? Is this call ur guest service??? Furthermore, key didn't work as well. I will never ever choose this hotel and I will not recommend to anyone as well. It was a suffocated place for me.
