Enjoyed our stay at Pendry West Hollywood! The hotel is beautifully designed with modern luxury throughout. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Special shout out to Zoe, who was very helpful with providing all the information during our check-in process. The room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect location in the heart of West Hollywood. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the Pendry West Hollywood. The service was excellent and very accommodating from start to finish. Our room was spotless with beautiful decor, and the shower water pressure was perfect—always a plus! The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and the location was ideal. We also appreciated how transparent the hotel was about in-room items and charges—no surprises or hidden fees. Special shoutout to the room cleaning lady—she was absolutely the best. So friendly and attentive, and our room was always perfectly refreshed. The on-site restaurant was fantastic—great service, incredible food, and stunning views. The only drawbacks were the valet-only parking at $70/day and the limited flexibility with the Chase Luxury Hotel Collection perks. We received a $30 breakfast credit per person, but with breakfast prices, we ended up spending well over $60 total and had to pay the difference. We also couldn’t apply our $100 hotel credit toward valet or the remainder of our breakfast bill. It would’ve been nice to have more ways to use that credit, especially since we didn’t dine at the hotel for lunch or dinner. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely return—just hoping for a bit more flexibility with credits next time.

Canceling rooms less than 72 hours prior to arrival just because you’ve rebranded is a bad look and a sign for the value you place on clients — a huge red flag for bad customer service. Spent half a day during my vacation to rebook/plan the trip I am currently trying to enjoy due to your “seasonal closing.” Same hotel but you jacked your rates, and don’t want customers who have ever stayed there in the past to return or they might question your new valuation.
