I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Mazlum for his outstanding professionalism and constant support throughout my stay. His warm attitude and attention to detail truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-managed, with friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it for families with kids, as it offers a safe and pleasant environment. The only small remark is that the bed in the master bedroom felt a bit small, but everything else was excellent.

Feels Like Home – A Wonderful Stay in a Holiday Apartment Residence Hello. I’d like to share my experience staying at this amazing place in Istanbul. Although it’s not a hotel in the traditional sense, these are residence-style or holiday apartments — from one-bedroom up to four-bedroom units — offering all the comfort and privacy of a home, but with the service and feel of a hotel. What impressed me most was the level of support and kindness I received. I had to delay my trip a few times, and I wasn’t sure when I would be arriving. But when I came in person, Mr. Candle reassured me that I was welcome anytime. He didn’t ask for a deposit, made everything easy, and even gave me a very generous discount because of my situation. It was a huge relief and made me feel respected and valued. Even when I finally arrived and Mr. Candle wasn't on duty, the reception team welcomed me warmly and had everything ready. They spoke English very well and were incredibly helpful. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, quiet, fully equipped, and very comfortable. I’m truly happy to be here and honestly feel at home. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and flexible stay in Istanbul. The service is very poor and the staff have a very bad mentality. Cleaning doesn't come to clean and doesn't provide tissues or towels. There is no guest service in terms of transporting items and delivering them to the room. The place doesn't have a swimming pool or any other facilities. Facilities such as the Jacuzzi, sauna, and gym are managed by a different company and their working hours are from 9 to 9. When you go there, they tell you to book. The place is very small. There is only one small Jacuzzi shared by men and women. When you book, they tell you the sauna isn't working because the cleaning lady has to come at 11. The same applies to massage. The hotel is not always available and doesn't provide facilities for guests. Why? Of course, the receptionist who wears glasses treats guests very badly and asks, "Why are you using the trolley and not putting it back exactly where it belongs?" "Why am I responsible for arranging your trolleys????" "Do you want me to feed you too?" - The bathrooms wouldn't lock. They brought us a worker to fix them. It took us two hours to fix them and took up our time. - The lamps didn't work at all and the plugs were broken. - Bad service. I don't recommend it. There are better alternatives.
