The Surf Yamba boutique hotel

We had the most incredible stay at The Surf Yamba! The hotel is stunning, with extraordinary ocean views overlooking the beach where you can watch surfers from your room. The pool is fantastic, and the rooftop is absolutely breathtaking. The warm welcome from Garry was beyond amazing – a true highlight of our trip. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. For us, this is the best place to stay in Yamba. An exceptional destination – we can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at The Surf Yamba was my absolute favourite in all of Australia. Traveling with a baby, we felt so well taken care of – the team went above and beyond to make everything easy for us. The rooms are perfect, beautifully designed, and full of inspiration I’d love to bring home. The rooftop is a true gem, with its stylish bar, summer café, and peaceful reading spot – every detail is tastefully curated, nothing out of place. For me, this is not just the best hotel in Yamba, but in the whole of Australia. A must-stay for any family.

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Right from when we walked into the hotel, our whole experience was amazing. Garry at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was incredible. Everything was thought of and I just felt like it was all quality products and classy - right down to the most comfortable bath matt ever. I sadly only stayed on night here but if I come to Yamba again I'll definitely be booking The Surf. We had drinks up on the upstairs deck and got up in the morning to watch the sun rise.
