⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Facial I’ve Ever Had! I had an absolutely amazing facial at the spa truly the best one I’ve ever experienced! I felt completely relaxed from start to finish. Kaila, the esthetician, was incredible—she really knows what she’s doing. Her technique was perfect, and she made me feel so comfortable and pampered. My skin was glowing, I left feeling refreshed, and so at peace. Highly recommend!
The redesigned hotel is beautiful and in a perfect place in the upper east side to visit The Met or Central Park. Tres chic! But the restaurant was noisy and staff indifferent, go to the Bar instead.
Absolutely unacceptable for a so-called upscale hotel. We booked a suite—at a premium rate—specifically requesting a crib and a room with a tub for our toddler. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. We weren’t given access to our room until 6:40 PM, more than three hours late. Not only is that outrageous, but I had also called the day before to request early check-in, only to be told at arrival that the previous guest was allowed a late checkout—at the expense of our comfort. After a long day of traveling, my two-year-old had nowhere to nap, and we couldn’t get her to bed until far too late. The lack of consideration for guests traveling with children, paired with the absence of any urgency and accountability was appalling. Even at 6pm, they couldn’t even tell me when the room would finally be available for us. We paid an exorbitant amount for this stay, and what we got in return was stress, delay, and total disregard. I’m disgusted by the experience and would never recommend this hotel to anyone—especially families. Any other hotel on the Upper East Side (where I grew up) would provide far better service. This is literally a joke. Here for a funeral, and wanted my stay here to be relaxing. It’s given me an ulcer so far.
