The Swan Hotel and Spa

Beautiful quirky spa gorgeous decor throughout. The scenery is stunning . The pool was clean the whirlpool was amazing very nice stay. I had a slight problem with my meal as it was Luke warm however after mentioning this they gave me another meal. It was not my best choice and it was missing gravy and broccoli. I wasn't impressed with my food. Again I mentioned this and I didn't have to pay for it. My husband had the beer battered haddock and chips and his was wonderful he said. I would go back again but perhaps try something else off the menu.

Had a really lovely stay. Location was beautiful, just not much around the hotel in terms of food and drink. Service was always really good. Went for a meal in the pub area and it was fantastic, definitely recommend the gammon! Room was nice and quirky. Overall we loved it and would come back again.

The hotel itself and location beside the river is gorgeous. The breakfast was very good - there was a very painful wait for hot food on our first morning, but the service was much faster for our second morning. We took our dogs and the dog bowls, treats and dog towels in the room were very well received. The spa treatment i had with Chloe was fantastic!! The pizza hut directly outside the hotel was fab. Drinks not too expensive we didnt think - £11.00 for 2 pints of cider. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for having us.
