The T Hotel

Excellent service! We are returned guests to the T Hotel. Each of our stay at the T Hotel has always been fantastic, which is always our top choice of hotels in Hong Kong. The level of hospitality at the T Hotel has always been high, but this time it was above and beyond the usual standards. Both receptionists, Jenny and Debbie, graciously extended their help when we had problems with our eSIM as well as our trouble with checking in flights to departure. They helped to resolve the issues quickly. This level of service is unmatched by any other in this industry. We are so grateful to both of them for helping us out. The professionalism is superb!

Excellent accommodation and hospitality provided by Grace, her management team and the students. A pleasure to stay here and support the hospitality students looking to forge a career in tourism and leisure. Only a 10min cab ride to main stay Hong Kong but wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

Big rooms, comfy beds. Breakfast is not bad. Staff are energetic and very eager to please. Location is a bit inconvenient, you'll have to taxi/bus to the nearest MTR station. The biggest drawback of the rooms are the smart home controls. Almost everything is only controllable from a tablet. Want to turn off a light? You need to grab the tablet, turn it on, find the right menu, etc. It wears thin quickly and can be frustrating to operate, especially for the less technologically savvy. The bathroom window can be configured via tablet to be frosted, but you can't stop the light from pouring out. Accept that you will wake up or be woken up by your roomie when nature calls at 3am.
