Outstanding location in the center. Venetian style. Fabulous breakfasts.
Organized a group work event at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff is first rate and attentive to every detail. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. The food was delicious, the decor fantastic, and the location was incredible. Add to all of this spacious rooms and a pool on the top floor. Would highly recommend the Taleon for individual travel or group events and will definitely return. Thank you especially to Mr. Timokhin and his staff for always being polite, having a smile and making us feel right at home.
Very low skilled staff. Each of 2 days hostess were unfriendly and didn’t try to suit some personal preferences. We asked one time as a couple in a honey moon to move us in the room number with other view, they even didn’t check availability - just said NO. At the breakfast staff were not attentive and didn’t ask to prepare coffee or other drinks as it’s should according to their rules. Barmen in the lobby even unkindly lied that they can’t do any food in the bar, that it will take from 25 minutes and more But then he called to his colleagues and food was ready and served 5 minutes after reserve was done. Of course all this situations could be just an unpleasant coincidence. But I and my husband have a wide travel experience. We stayed in many different 5 star hotels. It’s not allowed to have such unprofessional and unfriendly staff in the historical city centre with 5 stars. Food was also strange. Wide range at the breakfast, but everything is stale…
