The hotel is in a good location and easy to get to with public transportation. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. I want to give a big prop to Lulu Chen at the front desk. She went above and beyond on helping me get a restaurant reservation. She was very professional and friendly. Excellent customer service. Will recommend friends and families to stay here when they visit Taipei.
Very clean and conveniently located near the 中山站 MRT station... Staff is very friendly! About 7-8 minutes walk from MRT! Stayed for 7nights last year and another 7 nights this year again ! Highly recommended! Will go back again! 👍
Spent a great three nights here on our first visit to Taipei! Large room, clean facilities, and a convenient location near the metro and lots of stores and restaurants. My boyfriend usually has a hard time sleeping in hotels but he slept like a baby here all three nights—the room had a super comfortable bed! The staff were also lovely and it was so nice to come back from a long day of sightseeing to a super clean room. Drinks in the room were free and replenished every day. Will be returning here the next time we’re in Taiwan.
