Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance from the convention center we were here for. There is a huge park to walk in the mornings just outside the hotel and a short walk to great restaurants. Everything was clean from the lobby to the rooms and we'll stocked. Service was exceptional, the valet gentleman took care of everything I needed and I drive a Rivian. I brought a mobile charger and they even found me a spot to plug it in. Thank you There was one staff member that stood out above all Lissa, she works in the restaurant on the second floor. She gets 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you
I really enjoyed staying here. Every one was friendly and accommodating. I want to give a special thanks to Lisa. We had early starts for my son competition and staff at breakfast was so helpful to make sure we make it there on time. Hotel over all was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I will definitely stay again when returning to Knoxville.
We had a good experience here with a couple minor complaints. The room was a good size and well-appointed - in-line with expectations at this price range. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. The reading lamp behind the sitting chair was broken, a couple of the headboard reading lights didn’t work, and the thermostat was capped too warm. All the normal kind of annoyances that seem too common at hotels these days. There’s a cool, small bar/restaurant on the second floor. Service was awesome in there but the prices seemed a little ambitious. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant. The location is an easy walk to the market square area which has lots of good dining options. The valet parking is very easy to deal with too and those guys were hustling. The valet was fairly priced at $40/day. The $20/day “urban amenities fee” (which I don’t remember seeing when I booked) was a bit of a head scratcher. It might make sense to cover the cost of the shuttle or something. But I didn’t use any services other than valet… All told, I would stay there again and recommend it.
