We were able to receive the car we had reserved in advance on time, despite it being a public holiday. The jeep was parked right in front of the door, clean and with ¾ of fuel. The service at the counter was extremely friendly and competent. I was even more pleased that we received an email on the same day saying that the on-site service was available at any time if we had any questions. The first impression was extremely positive and it should remain that way when the vehicle was handed over without any problems. Gladly again at any time! As of: January 2018
