Our stay was truly delightful. The whole team was incredibly helpful, kind, and always greeted us with a smile. The service was quick, efficient, and very professional. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Sibal she was beyond amazing! Her warm personality and exceptional hospitality made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values great service and a welcoming atmosphere🤍

Overall, the hotel was clean and the decoration was pleasant. However, let’s talk about privacy. Even though our room door was locked, a staff member opened it. I immediately said the room was occupied, and when I went to the door, the staff said, “It wasn’t locked.” :) Apparently, we were supposed to press the “Do Not Disturb” button next to the door, but no one informed us about that, and even though the door was locked, they were able to open it with a card. There was no drinking water, shampoo, or shower gel in our room. The breakfast selection was not very rich. Also, the staff could definitely use a bit more warmth and friendliness.
