The Times Square Edition

This was my 7th time staying here and I just truly cannot stay anywhere else (and I’ve tried). The service is unmatched - you really feel like you’re in a 5 star luxury hotel in Paris but you’re actually in Times Square. Josh at check in was helpful, friendly and put his own spin on the process. The In Room Dining was SO fast and extremely friendly - they made us feel respectful even when serving us in the room. Housekeeping details and cleanliness were beyond outstanding. Attention to detail is unmatched. Sure, the rooms are smaller but it’s NYC - to be honest they’re pretty average. I’ll hopefully get to 10 stays by the end of the year. Congrats to the leadership team!

The Times Square EDITION is a must see if you’re in NYC for business or personal travel. Our family stayed here for our four day magical weekend, and it did not disappoint. The first thing that hits you is the lovely aroma which is featured prominently throughout the property. This hotel drips luxurious from the top to the bottom. All employees are welcoming, knowledgeable about the local area, and friendly. Centrally located to the heart of the city, Times Square is very close to the hotel. Well appointed you will overlook Times Square while you’re in the in-house gym treadmill, Peleton Bike or lifting free weights. Truly a hidden gem and not to be missed.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were helpful and kind, the room was clean and luxurious, and the amenities were fantastic. The food and drinks were great as well. The bedding was very comfortable, and having umbrellas and a car service available for the airport were nice touches as well. On top of that, you can’t beat location for proximity to the theaters. Loved it!
