I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for a relaxing break. The on-site restaurant was a real highlight, offering delicious meals and great service. Overall, everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We stayed at the property for one night and paid £217. While we appreciated the good view from our room, the overall experience did not meet our expectations considering the price. The body wash was not replenished during our stay. Most concerning was the presence of mould on the bathroom ceiling, which we found unacceptable. We hope management will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Stayed 3 nights. The good: Room was quiet, which was good. Decent breakfast. Great location. The bad: There's a strange urinal smell in the lobby. Not nice. Room was worn down and needed a renovation desperately. Not what I was expecting from a "4 star" hotel. Requested an additional duvet, was told that they were not able to accommodate that. Not what I was expecting from a "4 star" hotel. Cleaners came to turn down the room at 5:15PM. We had just returned from a long day of sightseeing, exhausted, expecting a clean room upon returning. But no. So we declined and decided to rest. Cleaners then came back 5:30 PM asking if they could turn down the room. Again....no thanks. Not what I was expecting from a "4 star" hotel. The shower drain was clogged. Gave them a whole day to fix it. Came back in the evening to a shower drain that was still clogged - "maintenance did what they could. The plumbing is old". I then asked them to come fix it, since that's not how plumbing works. I had to convince them to do it and it took them two hours and me calling the front desk 4-5 times to send someone to fix it....at 9 PM. And surprise surprise....they were able to fix the drain when I was in the room. Incredible! Not what I was expecting from a "4 star" hotel. I think I was in touch with the front desk 3 times with 3 separate issues. In all cases they said they would get back to me. They NEVER did. I always had to call them again and again. There was zero accountability or follow up, culminating in me complaining in their survey email after the stay and their Guest Service Executive sending me a standard follow-up email to me "we are so sorry and will discuss internally" and me saying "great, let me hear what you end up deciding and which actions you take. Then I might consider using you again"....and no one following up. And it's been 2 months. Not what I was expecting from a "4 star" hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel.
