Absolutely Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay — the bed was super comfortable, and the view was stunning. We met a lovely member of staff who worked on the reception, he took our cases up to our room and showed us all around the room and showed us where everything was, every time we left the hotel he would wave and wish us a nice night, then when we came back he would always have a chat with us (cant remember his name but he will know who we are when he sees the review). Thank you for making our trip special!!

My wife and I came here for business, and since we were staying for a short time, we chose a hotel. Even though we made a mistake with the reservation, they were very helpful and took care of us. I forgot to ask the name of the person who checked in. He was a man with black hair and gel. I hope he sees and understands us. We are very grateful to him. We also thank Mr. Chaitanya for cleaning our room and fixing any issues. The breakfast is excellent, clean, and very decent, and there's no shortage of parking. If you have any problems, don't worry; this place takes care of everything. Thank you for everything.

The hotel’s location is phenomenal, with a metro station right in front of the exit and grocery stores, restaurants, and various shops within a three-minute walk. The rooms, especially those on the lower floors, show some signs of wear. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d rate the breakfast menu 7 out of 10; it offers a wide variety but is average in quality, making it acceptable overall. The spa and infinity pool are nice, with decent views. However, the shower water takes about 15 minutes of constant running to warm up. They charge for four bottles of water daily, which feels excessive. Additionally, housekeeping sometimes overlooks requests and doesn’t clean rooms as instructed.
