Good hotel but staff is not corporative due to higher management instructions They will not upgrade even if rooms are available and 40% hotel is empty they will not entertain any request They need to invest more on customer experience Rest all is fine

ok ok hotel, there is room for improvement. staff can be little more polite. also there is too much noise at night as it has some bar where people are partying till late night. Rooms are good with lot of mirrors. locker / fridge / almirah all available. washrooms also good. breakfast in morning is also good. Parking can be an issue.
