The Trade Autograph Collection

Stayed one night for an event at the Forum. Our room wasn't quite ready at check-in time, but the associate at the front desk was extremely courteous in taking care of us for the 15-20 minute delay. The Noble Suite we stayed in was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Everyone on staff from valet to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff was extremely bright, professional, and courteous. This hotel has a premium rate but exemplary service. 1000% recommended!

The trade is a beautiful hotel to stay in. I was there for a great conference for 2 days but arrived on Monday with the hotel being surrounded by lots of police officers. I was later told that someone fell from the rooftop. This left me feeling a little uneasy. They decided to close all of their restaurants for the rest of the evening. The next day we were able to go to the restaurant on the 1st floor. Overall, the pillows and bed were very comfortable and the views were excellent. Being that I am a local, I have visited the restaurant on the 9th floor and it’s very nice as well. The location is great, and lots of restaurants in walking distance are available.

While I didn’t have time to explore the hotel fully, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had—despite having stayed at Marriotts all around the world. That’s all thanks to Terrance. From check-in to check-out—He was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. His warm smile and thoughtful service made our stay truly memorable. Thank you, Terrance, for making our visit so comfortable and special! My family and I booked two rooms at The Trade for my sister’s graduation. The location was convenient, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable.
