Lovely pub with friendly welcoming staff. Good simple yet very tasty food at fair prices and delicious pudding options, the local beer and soft drink choice was excellent. A proper local hub pub yet still maintaining warmth and welcome for those of us just passing though.
Lovely pub on the edge of Dartmoor that serves food on a Sunday evening for 3 hungry walkers. Real ales that are kept well, tasted great 👍food was basic but it was a Sunday evening, grateful we didn't have to cook. Prices were excellent, not just for our meals but for all meals throughout the week. When locals eat there it must be good. Thank you all xx
I really enjoyed my one night stay here with my dog. The room was a good size and the bed was perfect for a great nights sleep. I felt welcomed and looked after. A great place to stay whilst walking the moors.
