The Train Resort

Slump-liked condition, ghetto-liked condition, jail( cell )-liked condition, concentration camp-liked condition , danger, dirt, disgusting, and refugee camp-liked condition. Don’t ruined your vacations/ holidays, and most important of all, your pride and hard earned elite status by even stepping into the Train Hotel. Don’t want a nightmare dream, PTSD experience and frightening thoughts by even stepping into the Train Hotel. My advice to you - Stay away as for and as distance as you possibly can from the Train Resort Hotel, DO NOT…DO MOT…DO NOT…( I Foot-stumped!- I repeated- I said) booked or DO NOT reserved your stay at the Train Resort hotel…

I do not recommend this hotel. From the very beginning, I had major issues with the WiFi – it either didn’t work at all or was so slow (2 Mbps) that it was unusable. When I asked at reception, they told me that if I wanted “fast internet,” I had to upgrade my room and pay extra – something that was never mentioned before. To make things even worse, a huge cockroach fell onto my bed during my stay, making the experience completely unacceptable. I had to leave and book another hotel. Avoid this place at all costs.

We had worms in the room, bad smell, was there for over a month and still had to pay extra for a late checkout, after going through all of that. We woke up with worms on our legs in the bed. Staff is very non service minded and does not seem like they want to help at all.
