The Tranquil Inn

The experience was quite exquisite and serene. It was my 3rd visit and it was wonderful to come visit another time with family. The view is just marvellous as always and it is also away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet everything is reachable and staff is absolutely helpful. I’ll visit again soon.

Hotel location, view, rooms all is good, only problem is staff, they dont bother how many times you call for simple things, food is too expensive and not worth, to checkout it took me more then 1 hr at reception, 3 pepl in 1 computer screen trying to figure out what is my bill for 3 dishes i orderd, standing infront of them told them 10 times to send someone to get my luggage but they didn't, my wife had to bring it down from 3rd floor, there is no lift fyi as well. Rooms are good but only upper ones, Book only if you are not getting any other better options.

My name is Vinod, I used to work as a steward in the Tranquil Inn hotel, but due to the condition not being well, I took leave from the job on 24 February. When I called the owner for clearance, I got the response that when everyone's salary comes, you will also get it, but even after everyone gets their salary, I do not get my salary. So, I called the owner again, and he told me that you had left the job without informing. I had informed Mr. Sonu Kumar while leaving the job, still I did not get my salary. In this hotel, neither there is any facility for the staff nor a place to stay. Even to sleep at night, we have to go near the Vyas river. I also send them for camping, there is a lot of risk in that too, my job experience was very bad.My Total Pending Salary 7999/- hai.
