I've been staying at The Trans Hotel since 2018 and have never been disappointed. They’ve consistently maintained their high standards and quality over the years. The breakfast selections are outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The General Manager, Alex, along with the head chef, are exceptionally welcoming as they greet and engage with guests almost every morning. The staff at the Kids Club go above and beyond. They're not only attentive and playful but also ensure there are always fun, engaging activities to keep the children entertained. I always feel confident leaving my grandkids there, knowing they’re in great hands. My grandkids absolutely love staying here.

I stayed at The Trans Resort and really enjoyed the experience. The room was amazing, clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. I especially loved the bathroom, definitely my favorite part! The lobby is grand and impressive too. One small downside during my stay was when I ordered medicine and had to go down to the lobby to pick it up myself. Since it’s a large hotel, it would’ve been really helpful if the receptionist could assist with simple deliveries like that, especially when you're not feeling well. Maybe something to consider as a service improvement, but overall, I had a great stay and would still recommend it.
