Amazing location, felt very safe walking at night and staff always at reception to greet you 24/7. Room was very clean with toiletries provided. Excellent view of the city. Only a short walk from Bourbon street and the French Quarter, no taxis or buses needed to get to attractions which was great. Staff so kind.

The hotel itself was centrally located in the city. We attended an event at the Smoothie king center and found the short walk scenic and vibrant. We were about a 15 minute walk from the stadium, and about 10 minutes from Bourbon street. The area felt safe and the staff very friendly! Our room was on the 8th floor and has a decent view of some of the city. We loved the large shower and waterfall faucets. Our bedding was clean and towels changed as soon as we left the room. The hotel provided bathroom supplies for the shower which I always appreciate. The on sight bar and restaurant were under renovations so we did not get the pleasure of trying their food. But the hotel staff recommend several local places to try that they frequent.

Its an ok hotel, the rooms are very spacious, but they lack amenities. They dont have a coffee maker in the room and dont sell coffee in the hotel. To clean the room we left all morning and it wasn't done, and around 2pm we came to change and when we asked them to come later they said the service was only offered until 3. Despite the fact that they could have done it in the morning. Location is too far to walk to the quarter or the casinos. Everything its a short uber away so that is nice. And the staff is ok.
