The Tsubaki Tower

Would rate it all 10, if I could! I could write VOLUMES on wonderful it was...but it was the TOP vacation hotel I can recall staying in--and I've traveled the world! I could LIVE there! Staff are THE most gracious, friendly, kind, and helpful! Loved all! Celebrated our 40th Anniversary there and could NOT have chosen a better place!

Literally the best hotel on the Island. The rooms are very nice & the service is second to none. You get what you pay for.

I initially chose this venue because the hotel food was genuinely good, and I wanted to plan a special occasion here. Unfortunately, the experience with their event planning and customer service was incredibly disappointing. While this venue may boast a 5-star rating, our experience with their customer service was far from stellar. From the start, communication was painfully slow and getting responses to basic event coordination inquiries felt like pulling teeth. It often seemed as though they were uninterested in our business, and we found ourselves having to follow up multiple times just to get a simple answer. The environment did not feel welcoming, and rather than making us feel valued as customers, we were left feeling like an inconvenience. To make matters worse, after finally agreeing to our requests and accepting our reservation deposit, they later canceled the agreement—completely upending our plans. The event coordinator was particularly unhelpful. She lacked knowledge about key details, gave attitude when we asked questions, and made us feel unwelcome. Instead of providing guidance or support, she came across as impatient and uninterested in our event. What’s worse, she repeatedly pushed us to submit a deposit, which made it feel like she only cared about getting our money, not about helping us create a special day. Overall, the lack of professionalism and responsiveness was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this venue to anyone expecting a reliable or customer-oriented experience.
