Absolutely loved our stay at The Tudor Arms Hotel! The historic charm of the building is stunning, with beautiful architecture that adds a unique character to the experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds were perfect after a long day. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, especially if you're visiting the Cleveland Clinic or University Circle. Definitely a five-star stay — would gladly return!

The venue is excellent, but the room had no AC in August and did not have a solution. Jingle air in the room door to the bathroom could be a curtain for the same amount of privacy. Elevators come and go at their own pace. But it's a lovely historic building. Just not for the cost, could have stayed at Kalahari with water park, cheaper. 100 I night would be more fair For the amenities you would get at holiday inn Express.

Appreciated the location near the main Cleveland Clinic campus, but surely will not stay here again due to service and unknown charges. Arrived Sunday evening. Receptionist was unpleasant and seemed put out by several questions. Walked past several times after checking in and she was on her phone not paying attention to much other than that. She did not have “official” attire as the morning staff did. Room: No mini fridge or microwave. Difficult to keep traveling cooler overnight chilled. Shower had a half glass closure (?). Kind of chilly unless you shut the bathroom door. Area was very small. Two shower heads were nice. Two shades on windows and wood flooring. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in large bottles provided. Parking: $21 for a parking space ???? Breakfast: $18 for a buffet ???? Dinner: $100 for two! Over priced drinks ($8 for 5 oz drink). Marshall was friendly and listened. Indicated the hotel had new management since February. Elevator: luggage carts at Lower level, ride to Main level, then take another to room floor. If this is a hotel that gives discounts to patients of the clinic, it certainly didn’t feel like that and the customer service was something that I shouldn’t have to worry about when I have other things medically to worry about. Hotel is a historical building.
