The Ubud Village Resort & Spa

All I can say is — the customer service at this hotel is truly the best I’ve ever experienced! My kids absolutely adored the lovely women at the restaurant and reception — they were all so kind, cheerful, and engaging. The management was also incredibly attentive. Anytime we needed something, help arrived within minutes, which made us feel genuinely cared for. We did have a minor issue with geckos in the room, but the staff handled it so efficiently and kindly. Honestly, this was one of the best stays we’ve had as a family. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at The Ubud Village Resort — your warm hospitality and happy energy made our stay unforgettable!

This was a memorable stay and can really find this as one of the best places to stay. It’s calm, serene, managed very well. The landscape is done brilliantly, rooms are so nice, private pool is a delight. Service is great, a bit slow though. Room service is good, veg options are limited. Breakfast isn’t buffet, but the quality of food for breakfast is brilliant. It’s delightful experience, preparations are done with lots of care. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in Ubud Village. Its so peaceful and quiet. Also really enjoyed the balinese dinner&dance. Can highly recommend visiting, even if you are not staying in this hotel. Hope we can come back someday. Thank you very much for great service 🍀
