The Up Hotel Phu Quoc Island The Poolside Escape

Upon entering the lobby, we were immediately greeted with a smile and glasses of cold, fresh juice to cool us down. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities needed. Bicycles were available for guests to use to roam around town. The food at the buffet was good. I really enjoyed the fresh bowl of hot soup noodles they served in the morning. It was nice settling into our rooms after a long, hot day in Phu Quoc. I highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful hotel and place to stay since it's central on the island. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Great place for photos and Instagram. The included morning breakfast has a great selection of fresh food. Since the hotel is in an alley, they offer complimentary shuttle rides to the main road which is only a 2 minute walk and they have bikes to use. The staff there helped us book our boat tickets and even prepared us take away breakfast in the morning since we had an early check out. Amazing service!

Loved my stay here. I ended up extending my stay here because the rooms and location were great. The rooms were cleaned everyday providing you with water bottles and fresh towels. The staff was also very kind. And the buffet breakfast was amazing. I couldn’t believe everything that was provided at this hotel for this low price. I would definitely stay here again!
