I am not sure if this would change anything. I would first like to appreciate the price for stay is incredibly low and satisfying, rooms are decent size, elevator working and stair case were clean.check in process was quick and easy, reception employee explained everything and agreed for getting an hour late check out. Now let's talk about quality, I don't know if low budget moto is to compromise on basic quality stay. Still I think if these could be improved and guest deserves for that amount. 1) Room white bedsheet wasn't clean, stains on bedsheet, Bath towels were not stain free and not properly washed. No hand towels. Same liquid wash for hand wash, body wash also not sure if they have been used earlier, no seal in small bottel. 2) Breakfast no staff to greet, bowls were not in place rather unavailable, unavailability of butter, cheese is funny. Water not being served, chair have heavy stains of food it's so unhygienic to sit. Plates are not washed proper. Milk was pure water with white color, it's extremely disappointing. You give either quality or not give at all. 3) bathroom was supposed to have hot water but couldn't get, shower is rusty and broken. Foset is rusty and dirty, extra towel was not clean either it was light black, it was supposed to be white. the light panel fitting in not right.

We had booked hotel through Booking.com on 26/02/2020. In the package they had mentioned that breakfast is a complimentary but shocked to see the breakfast item that is Parata, curry with veggies and pullover where for this they charged Rs.3,000 plus. Where in the restaurant other two guests were arguing with hotel manager saying that form past two days they providing same breakfast but manager responded saying that restaurant is not managed by the hotel and they are separate vendors. And there will be many cab drivers who Will be inside sitting in front of the hotel which makes the Ladies uncomfortable to walk around
