The Veil Hotel

It's time to review my stay in this hotel. This is a very interesting hotel in terms of design and art. I must say that staying in this hotel is an experience on its own. The hotel is not only fancy but also incredibly artistic. However, I faced some issues during my stay. The temperature in the room was too hot ans there was no way to open the window. I complained about it multiple times but they told me that there's an issue with the A/C. Unfortunately, they didn't fix the issue during my stay but the front desk employees were so supportive and professional that they offered me to change my room to another room where I can at least open the window. It partially solved the problem. I'm giving this hotel 5 stars because of how professional and even friendly the employees of this hotel are. I must also say that the rooms are spotless clean and there're some really nice restaurants in this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Finally, I would say that the rate was a bit on the high side.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The design is very interesting and unique, adding to the overall charm of the place. The breakfasts are exceptional and exceeded all expectations. The attentive staff responded quickly to any requests, ensuring a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

One of the most unique and interesting hotels we stayed at.No expense were spared and attention do detail is just incredible, from the unique building to the one pice iron staircase etc..only thing better than the structure is incredible service we received. We have been to many high end restaurants and it was no comparison. The food was also incredible , having free breakfast included with our stay we did not have high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised how delicious it was and we were allowed to pick 3 items , our belly's were full till evening. Italien and chinese restaurants was also just incredible. The room we stayed in was spacious with 10 foot ceiling floor to ceiling window the room was very well appointed shower was very large and tons of storage. House coats , slippers and ample of shower gells etc. The two free bottles of water and cookies was a nice touch. The free use of spa was really nice. Swedish, Turkish and infrared saunas and whirl pool were , well designed, clean. We also got 15% of at chines restaurant and 10% pizzeria.
