My boyfriend truly outdid himself by booking our stay at this incredible boutique art hotel nestled in Charleston’s charming French Quarter. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect blend of historic charm and modern creativity that the hotel effortlessly embodies. Each morning greeted us with delightful breakfast baskets and refreshing mimosas—a perfect start to exploring the city. Every evening, we looked forward to the thoughtful touch of milk and cookies, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and genuine care from the entire staff elevated our experience beyond expectations. A very special shout out to Harvey, who was hands down the BEST host we encountered. His warm hospitality and keen eye for making guests feel welcomed truly set this place apart. If you’re looking for an authentic Charleston stay with impeccable service and artistic flair, The Enclave at The Vendue is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself is full of character, with paintings and artwork throughout the building, including in the rooms, which gives the space a strong artistic vibe. The service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they helped with my luggage and offered me a welcome drink. Breakfast was delivered right to my room in the morning. Overall, it was a comfortable and wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel really surprised me. I booked it at the last minute because I refused to book through Expedia due to some issues I had with trying to get my money back from the Hilton Garden Inn Charleston/Mount pleasant. I ended up booking my reservation through the website directly, and that offered me a few incentives or perks. I stayed a total of three nights-- Friday, June 27 through 30. I was given cocktail vouchers as well as two $50 vouchers to use at the Rooftop bar or the fine dining restaurant on site. I was also able to get a late check out (2pm) since I booked directly through the hotel website. It was a really good stay. Customer service was really, really good from the front desk to the restaurant. I was greeted whenever I would be walking around the hotel with my dog and looking at the art pieces. I enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast that they hung on your door. They have an afternoon wine tasting followed by an art tour around the hotel as well as the hotel directly across the street, which has an art room as well. The room was fairly nice and clean; however, the rug in the room not so much. Also the room that I had was not a good view of the city; however, considering I booked it last minute and it had pretty decent reviews on Google, I really do not regret my stay and I totally would recommend it to other travelers visiting Charleston. It's in such great walking distance to everything downtown Charleston.
