Place us clean and safe! Friendly and personal service, staff doing fantastic jobs! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The casino staff are respectful and accomodating and honest. honest. Rewards are fantastic. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for the Backstreet Boys at The Sphere. It was SO SO convenient to be able to just take the bridge directly to The Sphere. Great service. We called front desk/concierge/guest services several times and they were always extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the pool area was great. We would definitely stay again!

First, the cons, because you always like to end on a positive note... The amenities like the spa, poolside rentals, such as a chair, and room service are exorbitant in cost. Be prepared to spend $1000 and more if you are interested in any of these. As you walk around the Grand Canal area, you will be approached on every corner, and in front of some shops, by solicitors trying to sell you attraction tickets, spray you with perfume, or seat you in a massage chair. Genuinely, this is the main reason for the 4-star review, because after two days of a constant barrage of this, I'd had enough. I feel that the caliber of luxury this hotel claims to have should deter this kind of "carnival midway" annoyance. Now, onto the pros... The luxury suites live up to their reputation, and after the incessant noise that is on the outside, inside these four walls was a true sanctuary. With the exception of the needle-like spray from the shower head and the small, very rough bath towels, everything about this room reflected opulence. The bed and linens were amazingly comfortable, as was the seating area. The view was beautiful, and the bathroom area was spacious, with a perfect amount of amenities and wash closet, which is a must-have. Overall, the noise level was very low, with the very rare door slamming or stomping overhead. There was only one night where there was a party happening in the air ducts. Literally, wherever that party was, the noise was emerging from the air vent above the bed. The food options are plentiful, but if you need more reasonably-priced options, you'll have to go through the long maze to find any. There is a food court, but it is cramped and mostly the same options you'd find in a small town. We rode one of the outdoor gondolas, which was beautiful, and we think much nicer than the indoor, where the noise level is very distracting. Try to go later in the evening when the sun is not directly overhead. The Venetian staff were excellent, from concierge to luggage stow and curbside valets, who open Uber doors and assist a lady when exiting the car. This was literally the nicest display of chivalry in an atmosphere that screams "after me you're first." I have found the two times I have been to Las Vegas that if you're not aggressive, you will be walked all over. So, I commend the staff of the Venetian, because everyone of them made me feel special. Even the housekeeping staff member who insisted she step aside so I could walk down a hallway. I finally convinced her that we could walk down the hall together and we had a blast laughing all the way. I would also like to commend how accommodating the hotel is as a whole. From luggage stow, before and after checkout, help with navigating the maze that is the Expo area, and providing comfortable seating areas away from the noise of it all to rest before leaving for the airport. These little things really helped make our stay most efficient and less tiresome. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and if I ever return to LV, this will be the only place I stay.
