Cute hotel with beautiful garden and an ELEVATOR. Great location near the train station. The room we had was beautiful and clean just small( our fault for what we picked). The main asset of this property is their employee Alberto. He was friendly , kind , helpful and his English was wonderful. Not only did Alberto help us with the hotel information but gave us a map and highlighted the things we should visit based on our tight day and a half to explore beautiful Venice . I wouldn't hesitate to stay her again.

This hotel was perfect! The staff were incredibly helpful and showed us the best places to go in the city. The secret garden bar had the best cocktails we sat there hours after checkout while we waited for our train. Highly recommend.

We returned from Venice last night. Our trip was fabulous, and was made extra special by the fact that we stayed at this lovely hotel. Upon arrival, the lady on the reception was fabulous, explained everything in great detail and answered any questions that we may have about navigating around Venice. Every reception member during our 4 days were really lovely, friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and immaculate. Bed was very comfortable and everything that you needed. Wonderful location with everything you need close by. Breakfast was such a nice experience each morning, with the staff tending the breakfast bar and coffee etc being extremely friendly and attentive. We had great conversations each morning with two staff I’m particular, this being the Cuban lady and the young man who did the coffee’s for us (which were delicious)! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel whilst in Venice. We would DEFINITELY return here if ever in Venice again. A big thank you to The Times Hotel for our lovely stay :-)
