Reception / Concierge: Young, friendly and helpful team. Everything worked perfect. Rooms: Modern and artsy, very different from another partially. From some aspects a little too artsy (modern hangers which can’t be removed from the rod, no sockets near the bed etc). But overall good. Bar / Restaurant: Very nice location at the canal, the atmosphere outside was on the same level (if not better) than at the other 5 Star hotels like Gritty or St Regis. Service was mostly excellent, the waiter with the glasses and the longer hair was extremely professional, he was one of the best waiters I have had in any hotel in Europe. Also his wine knowledge was outstanding. The food however was not the very best I had, everything was solid / good, the menu was also quite creative, but taste wise there is still a little room for improvement. Waiting times (especially at dinner) were also a little long sometimes. Conclusion: Young, modern hotel which i would return to. Recommended.
Amazing Spa Service by Elisa!!! This review is strictly related to the exceptional service received from Elisa at Felix Anima Spa at Venice Venice hotel. My sister stayed at this hotel for her birthday and Elisa was able to assist me in providing extraordinary service from abroad. We communicated via email and every detail was thought about. Elisa even followed up with me after the service to make sure my sister’s experience was exemplary. This was a wow wow wow moment. I would highly recommend this spa because of Elisa. Thank you!
Aesthetically amazing! Excellent, friendly staff. Great vibe. The only small issue was noise from above/street early in the morning, but not really the hotel’s fault. Also there is not really a spa as advertised. They charge 1500 Euros for use of the steam and jacuzzi, but I think it includes a massage. Either way, this is extremely silly as it’s made out in the website like they have one for guests to use.
