The Venue Sistina

We loved it here. Fantastic location, spacious room with a balcony, fabulous breakfast, a wonderful place in the City centre to see the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, a 20 minute walk through the historic city to the Colosseum.

A great venue central to all great attractions and food options. Run by wonderful people who are willing to help.. Highly recommended

If you're only staying a night or maybe two, and have just a small suitcase, this place is fine. Unfortunately, we are traveling for 3 weeks in Italy & have 2 large bags & 2 small ones as well as 2 backpacks. The first room we had was comical to say the least. The bathroom sink was a rectangle that was probably about 5" x 8". Zero place to hang towels or put clothes except a few hangers in an awkward space. No drawers either. So after 2 days, we were offered a larger room, which had much better space & a far better bathroom, however, it also had a split AC unit that made a racket & was dripping down the wall. The teeny tiny elevator wasn't working on 2 occasions, which was annoying. It luckily not on the day we had to move luggage. Larissa, who's at the desk there (most of the time) during the day, was lovely & accommodating. The hotel is definitely very clean. All in all, while we will not stay there again, I think for younger people & those with little to carry, it can be good.
