A beautiful and privately owned restaurant, bar and well equipped and spacious hotel bedrooms. The owners are highly experienced professionals. We had a first class meal with outstanding service. The location is excellent in terms of beautiful views. A lovely place to stay.
Everything about The View is perfection! From the warm welcome to the luxurious accommodation. We ate at The White Horse which was superb and breakfast was served there too. The hosts own both the pub and the accomodation and were friendly and so efficient. Lots of lovely walks nearby or you can just sit on your patio and enjoy 'the view'.
Only stopped for a drink whilst walking, sun was out, nice views, scenery, bar was fine but sat outside in a nice courtyard. A bit of an upmarket wedding venue feel but did the job for a pint in the sun.
